 License Agreement for Sunisoft Royalty-Free Design
materials
This is a legal agreement between You, the purchaser,
and The Sunisoft, Inc. ("Sunisoft"). By downloading any
royalty-free design materials from our website, you agree to the
following:
All of the design materials remain the property of Sunisoft. The
design materials can be used royalty-free by the licensee for any
personal or commercial projects.
This is a non-exclusive license. Modifications to the
image data are limited to combinations of the included
design materials and to hue, saturation, brightness
adjustments. These design materials may not be resold or redistributed by the
licensee or included in any product wherein the design
materials will
be resold or redistributed (in whole or in part). Please
contact us for more information about broader licensing
terms.
The Sunisoft, Inc. shall not be liable for any damages,
whether direct, indirect, consequential or incidental,
arising out of the use of, or the inability to use, this
product or any individual image.
This License Agreement shall remain in full force and
effect throughout the entire duration of use of the icons.
It shall be terminated in the event the user does not
comply with the terms and conditions of this agreement and
or full payment has not been made.
