License Agreement

You should carefully read the following terms and conditions before using the software. By using this software you indicate that you accept the present license agreement.

Using
------------------
One registered copy of this software may either be used by a single developer who uses the software personally on one or more computers, or installed on a single workstation used nonsimultaneously by multiple developers, but not both.

A corporation license allows you to use this software on all personal computers of one location (city) of a company. If your company has a branch in another location (city), you need additional licenses.

Distribution (Paied version)

You are prohibited from charging, or requesting donations, for any such copies, however made; and from distributing the software and / or the documentation with other products (commercial or otherwise) without a prior written permission.

If this software is SUIPack, you are allowed to destribute your software (commercial or otherwise) developed with SUIPack in binary form. Accumulatively for all applications developed with SUIPack and all versions of each application, you can distribute no more than five thousands copies without extra licensing fee. For excessive copies, you need to pay USD$0.15 licensing fee each unless you got a special license from Sunisoft at first.

If this software is SUISkin, you are allowed to destribute your software (commercial or otherwise) developed with SUISkin in binary form without extra licensing fee.

If this software is a .NET assembly(DLL) library, you can distribute your software (commercial or otherwise) with the official-built assembly(DLL) from Sunisoft. The source code of this product which is included in the professional edition, is for refering purpose only. You are prohibited from distributing the assembly(DLL) which is built by yourself from source code.
